To support our expanding customer base, we are seeking a motivated Teknisi Servis Perangkat Elektronik dan Perawatan Mesin who can ensure that all electronic devices and laundry equipment operate at peak performance.
This full‑time position is ideal for a hands‑on individual with a solid background in electronic servicing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of electronic devices and laundry machines, including washers, dryers, folding equipment, and point‑of‑sale terminals.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate service logs, generate detailed repair reports, and update inventory records for spare parts and consumables.
- Provide on‑site assistance to customers, explaining technical issues in clear, non‑technical language and recommending appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure critical spare parts are stocked and reorder levels are met.
- Stay current with the latest technological developments in laundry machinery and electronic control systems through continuous learning and certification programs.
- Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical specifications during customer visits.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (all majors accepted).
- Age: 22‑38 years (no strict upper limit, but must be able to meet physical demands of the role).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in electronic or appliance service, preferably within the laundry or hospitality sector.
- Relevant certification or licence in electronic servicing (e.g., BNSP, ISO‑9001 training) is highly preferred.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, rapid learning capacity, and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Key personal attributes: meticulous, disciplined, proactive, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for logging service records and generating reports.
