As a motorbike courier, you will become an essential link between our customers and their parcels, ensuring that every package reaches its destination safely, on time, and with a professional smile.

Responsibilities
- Collect packages from senders (pick‑up) within the assigned zone, verifying shipment details and condition.
- Deliver parcels to recipients, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Plan efficient daily routes using Google Maps or other navigation apps, adapting to traffic conditions and road closures.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, update the company’s tracking system in real time, and report any discrepancies.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering basic inquiries about delivery status and handling minor complaints professionally.
- Inspect and maintain the personal motorcycle to ensure it meets safety standards; report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Securely store documents, cash‑on‑delivery payments, or any special handling items during transit.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team and fellow couriers to optimize workload distribution and meet peak‑hour demand.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations, wear appropriate protective gear, and ensure personal safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years (maximum 50 years).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM C) with an active motor vehicle registration (STNK) and tax certificate for at least the next three months.
- Own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and Android 10.0–16.0 or newer.
- Proficient in reading digital maps and using navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills; ability to meet delivery windows consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 15 kg and ride safely for extended periods.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement based on the candidate’s residential area.
