Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Telesales Agents to execute daily cold‑call campaigns, prospect profiling, and multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Monitor daily telesales activities, ensuring compliance with scripts, call cadence, and professional communication standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as call volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Design and deliver regular training sessions, role‑plays, and constructive feedback to continuously improve agents’ sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Develop, test, and refine telesales scripts, call strategies, and outreach approaches tailored to the healthcare sector’s unique regulatory and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Sales team to qualify leads, ensure smooth handovers, and align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilize CRM platforms, call‑tracking tools, and Microsoft Excel to generate performance reports, identify trends, and propose process enhancements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital communication channels.
- Schedule and oversee work shifts, manage attendance, and coordinate with HR to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands.
- Foster a positive, results‑driven team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably within the healthcare or B2B services industry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), call‑tracking software, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
