Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Counter Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing retail and agribusiness division. This frontline position is crucial for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the operational efficiency of our sales counters. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional who can balance analytical tasks with friendly, service‑focused interactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product displays, ensure price tags are correct, and keep the counter area tidy and inviting.
- Collect, enter, and analyze daily sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support inventory planning.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, upsell complementary items, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel, summarizing key performance indicators such as conversion rates and average transaction value.
- Assist in training new staff on POS procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate record‑keeping.
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of a high‑traffic retail environment.
Requirements
- Female candidates up to 28 years of age (all genders are welcome to apply).
- Minimum education: D3/S1 from any field; preference given to Economics, Accounting, Management, or Agriculture.
- High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is the baseline qualification.
- Academic performance: GPA ≥ 3.5 for private institutions (PTS) or ≥ 3.25 for public universities (PTN) on a 4.00 scale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical abilities; comfortable interpreting sales data and generating actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, meticulousness, and a clean, organized work style.
- Demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team player who can also thrive in independent tasks; persistent and results‑driven.
- Good physical and spiritual health; ability to stand for extended periods during peak hours.
