Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Controller Kualitas (QC) – Pengawasan Mutu to join our growing interior design team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every interior project we deliver meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the interior industry, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both the design and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of all interior project components, including materials, finishes, and installations, to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed quality control checklists, inspection reports, and documentation for each project phase.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and field workers to resolve quality issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Perform root‑cause analysis of defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to confirm successful implementation.
- Train and mentor site crews on quality procedures, proper handling of materials, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of new suppliers and subcontractors based on quality performance metrics.
- Participate in client walkthroughs and post‑completion inspections to gather feedback and ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
