Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.

- Assist in the preparation of raw materials, including measuring, sorting, and loading supplies onto workstations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and respond quickly to changes in workflow.
- Document production output and any deviations from the plan using company logs or digital systems.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new processes, tools, and safety regulations.
- Support the packaging and labeling of products before they are dispatched to distribution channels.

Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: Primary school (SD) with basic literacy and numeracy; SMP/MTS or equivalent is preferred.
- Height of at least 147 cm with a proportionate body weight.
- No vision impairments that require glasses; must be able to see clearly without corrective lenses.
- Good physical health and mental well‑being; ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Not pregnant at the time of application.
- Resides in Kunir or surrounding areas to ensure reliable daily commuting.
- Basic production skills or a willingness to learn on the job.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a respectful attitude toward supervisors and coworkers.
