Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tim Penjualan dan Pengembangan Pasar (Sales and Market Development Team) to join our dynamic organization. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with customers across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self‑starter with a solid educational foundation, a valid SIM A driver’s license, and a strong commitment to honesty and responsibility. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a balanced environment for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow‑up and conversion.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor activities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
  • Present product portfolios and tailored solutions to potential customers, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while safeguarding company profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Provide post‑sale support, address client concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
  • Travel to client sites and regional hubs as required, utilizing a valid SIM A driving license.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years.

  • Valid SIM A (motor vehicle driving license).
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience in sales or market development is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
