Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Waiter – Customer Service Team to join our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes and drinks.
- Serve meals, beverages, and desserts promptly while adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Monitor table settings, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a tidy dining area throughout service.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions with precision.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, hosts, and kitchen personnel to optimize workflow and reduce wait times.
- Observe health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, post‑service debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (SMK) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field; candidates with a D3/D4 degree are also welcomed.

- No prior experience required, though any experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly with guests and team members.
- Honesty, attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to learn advanced service techniques.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of occasional overtime during peak seasons.
