Responsibilities
- Execute daily production of Hap Hap snacks in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications.
- Monitor and verify each production batch for consistency in texture, flavor, and packaging integrity.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular cleaning of workstations, machinery, and ancillary equipment.
- Track production metrics such as output volume, cycle times, and waste, and report any deviations to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct routine inspections and resolve any non‑conformities promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimisations that reduce downtime and increase yield.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety briefings.
- Assist in inventory checks, ensuring raw materials and packaging supplies are stocked and correctly labeled.
- Provide training and guidance to new or junior staff members on production techniques and hygiene standards.
- Work flexibly across shifts, with the standard schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, while remaining ready to adjust to peak‑demand periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (preference as per current operational needs).
- Strong work ethic with a reputation for honesty, reliability, and speed.
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to cooperate effectively with supervisors, quality inspectors, and fellow operators.
- High level of initiative – capable of identifying problems early and proposing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under production pressure while meeting daily targets.
- Basic cooking or food‑preparation skills; familiarity with snack‑making processes is a plus.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read and follow technical documents.
