Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Cashier – Frontline Transaction & Customer Service to join our fast‑paced team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests, handling financial transactions, providing accurate information, and delivering a friendly experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to quality service. The position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a background in food & beverage (F&B) who are eager to grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including the cash register, promotional displays, and surrounding merchandise.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and resolve minor issues or escalations promptly.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely service.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of high‑turn items, and preparation of daily sales reports.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, particularly when handling food‑related transactions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and on‑the‑job learning.
  • Support promotional activities, upselling complementary items, and contributing to sales targets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, providing feedback on customer trends and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age; no upper limit.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely.
  • Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems; familiarity with cash‑handling procedures.
  • Prior experience in the F&B sector is a plus, but fresh graduates with high motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a moderate level of physical activity.
