Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Human Resources and General Affairs Manager. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage recruitment cycles from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and support career development initiatives.
- Oversee general affairs activities including office facility management, vendor relations, and health & safety compliance.
- Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR and GA records, generate regular reports, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure all HR and GA operations are performed within established timelines, meeting the Monday‑to‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating clear communication and swift resolution of issues.
- Support corporate events, training sessions, and employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; HR, Business Administration, or related studies are a plus.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in HR, General Affairs, or a combined HR‑GA role.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and labor law.
- Proficiency in General Affairs tasks including office management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a dynamic work environment.
