Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collection team in the eastern region. We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our offices in Merauke, Papua, as well as other locations in Sulawesi and Maluku. This role is essential to ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all targets are met within the stipulated time frame.
- Monitor and update the status of each A/R case in the internal system, providing accurate reports to senior management.
- Conduct outbound calls, send written reminders, and arrange on‑site visits to negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and risk assessment teams to understand the underlying causes of delinquency and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all communication, agreements, and payment receipts in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify high‑risk accounts early and escalate to the appropriate department for legal or restructuring actions.
- Participate in regular training sessions on collection best practices, negotiation techniques, and updates to multifinance regulations.
- Support the development of process improvement initiatives to increase collection efficiency and reduce default rates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (S1) from any field of study; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: Not older than 30 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit processes, debt recovery procedures, and basic use of collection software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Business Understanding: Good grasp of multifinance business models and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement can be in Adira Finance offices in Papua, Sulawesi, or Maluku, based on the candidate’s domicile.
