Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to discover potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s loan programs and explaining eligibility criteria.
- Perform on‑site economic assessments of households, gathering data on income streams, expenses, and repayment capacity.
- Complete detailed feasibility surveys and analyze loan applications against internal credit policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate documentation and submit applications for review, ensuring all required information is captured and verified.
- Manage the collection process by contacting borrowers, sending payment reminders, and coordinating with the central collections team to resolve overdue accounts.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to borrowers, offering financial literacy training, budgeting advice, and guidance on business development.
- Maintain a daily activity log, report field findings to supervisors, and contribute insights that help refine Amartha’s product offerings.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to strengthen Amartha’s presence and reputation in the Cirebon region.
- Ensure personal safety and compliance with all health and safety protocols while operating in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years for senior candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are highly preferred.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle for daily field visits.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and discipline to work independently in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
- Basic digital literacy – comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Amartha’s internal software for data entry and analysis.
- Prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community outreach is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
