Introduction

Responsibilities
- Actively market and present Adira Finance’s product suite—including auto loans, personal loans, and credit lines—to existing customers and new prospects.
- Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels by identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Collect and input initial customer data, verify information, and assemble complete documentation required for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain communication with underwriting teams, and promptly relay approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, ensuring clarity on all contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers post‑approval to address questions, manage repayments, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional services.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system, generate weekly performance reports, and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with regional branch managers and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Attend product training sessions, industry seminars, and community events to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or financial services role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for customer visits.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and target‑driven performance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, managing time efficiently across a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00).
