We are seeking a motivated Business Partner – Staff Lapangan to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prospect and recruit new potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Provide on‑site economic coaching to household members, helping them manage finances, improve cash flow, and increase productivity.
- Conduct field surveys and perform feasibility analyses on loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s risk‑assessment framework, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on borrower eligibility, repayment capacity, and collateral adequacy, and submit findings to the credit underwriting team.
- Execute collection activities, follow up on repayment schedules, and negotiate payment plans with delinquent borrowers while maintaining respectful client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, field observations, and transaction data in Amartha’s digital management system.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, NGOs, and partner institutions to strengthen outreach and promote financial inclusion.
- Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices with peers, and contribute ideas for improving field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years per company policy).
- Open to all genders; female candidates are strongly preferred to reflect community demographics.
- Possession of a personal motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license for daily field travel.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Resilient, disciplined, and capable of working independently in remote rural environments.
- No prior experience required; however, any background in sales, community development, or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, spreadsheets) to record and analyze data.
