Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi Kantor to join our dynamic office team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting daily office operations and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office documentation, including filing, scanning, and archiving both physical and electronic records.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine correspondence, reports, and presentations for various departments.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel itineraries for staff members as needed.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure that all workstations are fully equipped.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Support project teams by compiling data, creating spreadsheets, and generating status updates.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and local labor laws.
- Provide backup support for senior administrators during peak periods or under tight deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively both independently and as part of a team, handling pressure with composure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.

- At least 0‑2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role; relevant internships are also considered.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably basic English.
