This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining the health of the company’s loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). This role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, and provides an excellent platform for recent graduates and professionals with at least one year of relevant experience to grow within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor credit performance and identify high‑risk accounts for proactive remediation.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting and legal departments to resolve disputes and enforce contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM and accounting systems.
- Analyze collection trends and recommend process improvements to increase recovery rates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout all collection activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; open to fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection is preferred.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
