Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and front‑of‑house areas to uphold brand standards.
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including a cover letter and the most recent academic transcript or diploma.
- Participate in routine training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and in‑store marketing activities.
- Report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management immediately.
Requirements

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old, with a preference for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
