We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kurir Pengiriman Barang (Mojo) to join our fast‑growing logistics team. Based in the vibrant Mojo area, the courier will play a critical role in ensuring that parcels, documents, and other shipments reach customers promptly and safely. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels and shipments from our warehouse or partner locations and deliver them to customers across Mojo, Semen, and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using GPS and knowledge of local traffic patterns to maximize efficiency.
- Verify the condition of packages before and after transport, documenting any damages or discrepancies.
- Obtain customer signatures or electronic confirmations upon delivery and ensure accurate record‑keeping in the mobile app.
- Maintain communication with the dispatch team, reporting any delays, route issues, or safety concerns in real time.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, providing receipts and updating the system promptly.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service, answering basic inquiries and resolving minor delivery issues on the spot.
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle, ensuring it is road‑worthy, fueled, and complies with safety standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safe driving, package handling, and use of the company’s Android delivery application.
- Adhere to company policies regarding delivery timelines, data privacy, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as per local regulations for this role).
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Vehicle: Ownership of a reliable two‑wheel motorbike with a valid license and registration.
- Technology: Android smartphone with at least 2 GB RAM to run the delivery app and communicate with dispatch.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with the Mojo/Semen area is highly preferred.
- Key Skills: Ability to work under tight delivery targets, strong time‑management, basic navigation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Physical Capability: Able to load and unload packages up to 25 kg and handle prolonged periods of riding.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
