Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure information is accurate and readily accessible.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee smooth operational flow.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
- Support the finance department by entering data into the Accurate accounting system and generating basic financial reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—to create spreadsheets, track key metrics, and generate charts for management review.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and uphold a high standard of workplace ethics.
- Participate in occasional special projects, such as office event planning, process improvement initiatives, and staff onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; background in Accounting or Office Administration is preferred.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Accurate accounting software is a strong advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, quick‑learning, detail‑oriented, disciplined, honest, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Location: Residency in Jakarta Barat or Jakarta Utara is highly preferred.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
