Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at point‑of‑sale, presenting product features, benefits, and promotional offers with confidence.
- Maintain an attractive and organized display area that reflects current brand campaigns and seasonal themes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Gather market intelligence by observing competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging trends, then relay insights to the store manager.
- Provide accurate product knowledge, answer inquiries, and resolve minor objections to facilitate purchase decisions.
- Document sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels using the company’s store management system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store events, product launches, and flash sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen communication, negotiation, and product‑handling skills.
- Support post‑sale follow‑up when required, helping to build long‑term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years (maximum 28 years at the time of application).
- All genders are welcome; candidates must present a professional and appealing appearance.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Promotion Boy/Girl (SPB/SPG) or a similar front‑line sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Proficiency with basic store management software and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
