This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as hardware stores, contractors, and project owners, and driving sales through both our online platform and direct interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential customers, including building material retailers, contractors, and project owners.
  • Assess and understand customer needs regarding procurement of construction materials and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term interpersonal relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Guide customers on how to place orders via the Tokban platform or directly through a Sales Associate, highlighting the benefits of each channel.
  • Create and distribute promotional broadcasts through WhatsApp and other designated communication channels, following management directives.
  • Perform regular field visits, which may include out‑of‑town or multi‑day trips, to meet clients, present product offerings, and close sales.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards with a disciplined and responsible attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and product development—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.

  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged.
  • Key skills:
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and new technologies.
    • Strong analytical abilities—competitor analysis, market demand, and sales performance.

    • Public speaking and effective telephone communication.
    • Data‑driven decision making and sales performance analysis.
  • Ability to travel regularly, including occasional multi‑day trips outside the city.
