Responsibilities
- Conduct one‑on‑one and group driving lessons for students ranging from beginners to advanced learners, ensuring each session is tailored to individual skill levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover traffic laws, defensive driving strategies, vehicle handling, and emergency procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance assessments, tracking progress and adjusting teaching methods to maximize student success.
- Maintain a safe learning environment by performing pre‑lesson vehicle inspections, checking brakes, lights, and overall vehicle condition.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff to schedule sessions, discuss progress, and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest Indonesian traffic regulations, road safety initiatives, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to share teaching resources, develop standardized curricula, and support continuous improvement across the program.
- Document lesson outcomes, attendance, and any incidents, ensuring accurate record‑keeping for compliance and quality assurance.
- Promote a culture of honesty, responsibility, and teamwork both in the classroom and on the road.
- Participate in occasional community outreach events, such as road safety workshops and driver awareness campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; candidates currently enrolled in university programs are also encouraged to apply.

- Proven driving experience with a clean record; prior experience as a driving instructor or related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
