We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic Restaurant Service Team as Waiters – Restaurant Service Team Members. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring every meal is served with precision, friendliness, and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a thorough knowledge of daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor table settings throughout the meal, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house staff to maintain a seamless service flow.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, process invoices, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring a tidy ambiance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell menu items, suggest pairings, and promote any ongoing promotions or loyalty programs.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 19 years or older (maximum age not applicable).
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in food and beverage service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
