Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of technology projects, from concept and design through implementation and close‑out.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams—including electrical engineers, software developers, and field technicians—fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing status reports, budget updates, and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing corrective actions promptly to avoid schedule overruns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality assurance procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of equipment and services.

- Perform post‑project reviews, capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
