This role is critical in ensuring the collection of high‑quality consumer data that underpins credit‑risk analysis, loan approval processes, and strategic market expansion. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the surveyor team to ensure timely and accurate data collection from prospective loan applicants.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for field surveys, guaranteeing that all information gathered is valid, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job training to enhance surveyors’ productivity, accuracy, and customer‑service skills.
- Design and allocate work areas and assignments, balancing workload across regions to meet branch targets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with credit analysts, sales officers, and other cross‑functional teams to streamline the end‑to‑end credit application workflow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as survey completion rate, data accuracy percentage, and turnaround time, reporting insights to senior management.
- Identify and resolve field‑level issues, including logistical challenges, data discrepancies, and client concerns, using strong problem‑solving techniques.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of survey equipment, vehicles, and documentation required for field operations.
- Participate in periodic audits and quality‑control checks to ensure continuous improvement of the survey process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or social sciences is advantageous.
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience as a Surveyor or Credit Monitoring Officer (CMO), with a preference for candidates who have previously led a team.
- Deep understanding of field survey techniques, consumer eligibility assessment, and credit‑risk analysis.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of meeting targets, managing performance metrics, and conducting effective team monitoring.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger, who can work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Core competencies: analytical thinking, problem identification, sales‑target orientation, team leadership, and verification processes.
