Introduction
The Officer Marketing and Verification (MVO) position is a dynamic role based in Brebes, Central Java. This full‑time role supports the growth of our multi‑product portfolio by developing strong relationships with dealers and end‑customers, driving sales, and conducting rigorous market feasibility studies. Candidates will work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, enjoying a structured yet flexible environment that rewards performance and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive, long‑term relationships with third‑party partners such as dealers, distributors, and key customers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote, negotiate, and close sales for a range of products, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each client segment.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis and feasibility surveys to assess the potential of prospective customers, including creditworthiness, purchasing power, and alignment with company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and on‑ground activation events that drive awareness and generate leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and community events, acting as a professional ambassador for the brand.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and verification documents using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a seamless post‑purchase experience.
- Travel regularly within the Brebes region using a personal motorcycle, adhering to safety regulations and presenting a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) from any discipline.
- Preferably at least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, especially in a multi‑product environment.
- Strong target‑orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and build trust quickly.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current hiring policy.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
