Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Area Mandailing Natal to join our growing sales team. This role is the front‑line link between our customers and the company, responsible for taking orders, building relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery across the designated territory. Responsibilities
- Proactively visit existing and prospective customers in Mandailing Natal to present product catalogs and capture new orders.
- Accurately record order details in the company’s ERP system, confirming product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain a daily activity report, including customer visits, orders taken, and follow‑up actions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback that helps shape pricing and promotional strategies.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations when required and assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Travel within the assigned region, including occasional out‑of‑town assignments, using a personal motorcycle and valid SIM C.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for real‑time communication, order entry, and GPS navigation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the sales department.
Requirements
- Residency in or around the Mandailing Natal area with willingness to cover the entire assigned zone.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, order taking, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Possession of a personal Android smartphone (≥4 GB RAM) for order processing and navigation.
- Valid SIM C driving licence and ownership of a motorcycle for field work.
