Responsibilities

  • Consultant & Closer: Analyze lead profiles, conduct deep‑dive discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and drive the closing process to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Guidance: Lead new clients through system installation, configure the GASS platform to align with their business objectives, and provide strategic recommendations for optimal usage.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for operational or technical issues, delivering rapid, accurate resolutions and escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Liaison: Act as the bridge between corporate clients and the internal technical team, ensuring clear communication, timely bug resolution, and continuous product improvements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long‑term partnerships by conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering value‑added insights.
  • Data‑Driven Reporting: Track key performance indicators such as conversion rates, client satisfaction scores, and churn metrics, and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SaaS ecosystems, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: S1 in Branding, Communication, Marketing Management, or a related field (D3/D4 acceptable for entry‑level candidates).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals—including sales funnels, advertising platforms, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, empathetic, and capable of building trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools, particularly the GASS system.
  • Self‑motivated learner who can work solution‑focused under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous exposure to GASS or similar marketing automation platforms is a distinct advantage.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 09:00–17:00, with flexibility for occasional client‑facing events.
