- Assist in inventory control by scanning incoming merchandise, performing regular stock counts, and reporting low‑stock items to the floor manager.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and prepare the store for special sales events.
- Adhere to the store’s security procedures, including monitoring for potential shoplifting and completing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and POS system upgrades.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, common inquiries, and opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred; must be non‑hijab and present a neat, professional appearance.
- Age range: 18 – 28 years.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to speak politely and clearly with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and honesty, especially when handling cash and sensitive information.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including at least one weekend shift per month.
- Basic proficiency with cash register systems and the ability to quickly learn new POS software.
