To keep our operations running smoothly, we are looking for a motivated Helper Operasional – Penunjang Kegiatan Harian dan Logistik who can support daily activities on the shop floor, in the kitchen, and during product distribution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all core operational tasks, ensuring that production lines run without interruption.
- Support the food‑production process, including preparation of siomay, kulit pangsit, and lumpia when demand spikes or additional hands are needed.
- Participate in packaging, labeling, and orderly arrangement of finished goods for storage or shipment.
- Handle loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and ancillary supplies, following safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and common areas to meet hygiene standards required in food manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger problems to supervisors.
- Provide logistical support to the shipping department, ensuring that orders are staged, loaded, and dispatched on schedule.
- Participate in routine inventory checks, assisting with stock counts and data entry when required.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, such as assisting with special promotional batches or emergency restocking.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (SMA acceptable).
- Male candidates are preferred, but female applicants will also be considered.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least one year of relevant experience in operations, production, or logistics (not mandatory but advantageous).
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks, lifting moderate weights, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, discipline, responsibility, diligence, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when tasks demand.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, peers, and other departments.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety, food hygiene regulations, and waste‑reduction practices.
