We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Promotion Girls/Boys (SPG/B) to join our dynamic team in the Serang area of Banten. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to represent a leading financial services provider, promoting a range of financing products to both new and existing customers. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service who are eager to develop a career in the financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote financing products to prospective customers through face‑to‑face interactions, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and the step‑by‑step application process to ensure customer understanding and confidence.
- Assist customers in completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and submitting applications to the underwriting team.
- Provide courteous and professional service throughout the customer journey, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, follow up regularly, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into satisfied borrowers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly sales activity reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer insights and suggest improvements to product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior work experience required, though experience as an SPG/SPB, sales representative, or marketing assistant is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the company’s brand standards.
- Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to be based in the Serang area of Banten and travel locally to meet customers.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
