We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users, understand their purchasing needs, and recommend Kredivo as a flexible payment option.
- Continuously improve product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, benefits, and eligibility criteria, and convey this information in an engaging and easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct on‑site demonstrations and presentations for merchants and end‑users, showcasing how to install and use the Kredivo app effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on transaction processes, repayment schedules, and security measures.
- Achieve daily acquisition targets, record sales activities, and submit accurate reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants, community leaders, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term partnership and brand loyalty.
- Collect market feedback, identify trends, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, product updates, and promotional events organized by Kredivo.
Requirements
- Residency in Maluku Tengah or surrounding districts.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency with Android smartphones; ability to navigate the Kredivo app and demonstrate its features.
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination proof.
