Home Credit Indonesia is expanding its retail network in East Kalimantan and is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team in the cities of Samarinda, Bontang, Sangatta, and Tenggarong. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment and financing products to walk‑in customers at partner outlets.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Home Credit solutions, guiding customers through the application and payment processes.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture customer data, process transactions, and update sales records in real time.
- Engage with potential clients on social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights product advantages and special offers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales space that reflects the brand’s professional image.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth repayment experience for customers.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and the regional sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer preferences, reporting insights to the supervisory team.
- Uphold all compliance, data‑privacy, and anti‑fraud policies mandated by Home Credit Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Kejuruan).
- Open to candidates of any gender and any age, with no strict upper age limit.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for facing sales challenges.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance that creates a positive first impression.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets across Samarinda, Bontang, Sangatta, or Tenggarong, including both street‑level and mall locations.
