Introduction
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic university graduates to join our Program Magang Account Executive in the vibrant island of Bali. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in client management, sales support, and business development within a fast‑growing agency that serves both local and international brands. Over the course of the program, you will work closely with seasoned Account Executives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to real projects that drive measurable results for our clients.
The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and is ideal for candidates who are eager to launch a career in sales, marketing, or client services while enjoying the inspiring environment of Bali.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Executive team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between clients and internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations.
- Prepare and edit proposals, presentations, and analytical reports tailored to client needs and project objectives.
- Track client requests, follow up on action items, and help ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct basic market research, gather competitive intelligence, and summarize findings for strategic discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of client activities, meeting notes, and CRM data.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to improve service offerings.
- Support the execution of client events, webinars, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in any discipline; strong academic performance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in sales, client management, or business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the internship program.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
