Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized beauty consultations, assessing skin type and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Provide clear explanations of product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions.
- Assist customers in trialing samples and demonstrate application techniques when appropriate.
- Product Knowledge Development
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest brand launches, seasonal trends, and industry innovations.
- Attend regular training sessions hosted by product manufacturers and internal trainers.
- Maintain an organized knowledge base, enabling quick answers to customer inquiries.
- Sales Performance
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store manager.
- Utilize upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize basket size.
- Promote promotional bundles, limited‑edition items, and loyalty programs.
- Accurately record sales transactions and follow up on customer orders.
- Visual Merchandising & Store upkeep
- Maintain tidy, attractive product displays that reflect brand guidelines.
- Replenish stock, rotate inventory, and ensure price tags are current.
- Monitor store cleanliness, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
- Administrative Support
- Process receipts, refunds, and exchanges with precision.
- Update customer profiles in the CRM system for future marketing outreach.
- Report daily sales figures and any inventory discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21‑28 years old.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced retail environment and willingness to work flexible hours (08:00‑17:00, schedule to be confirmed).
- Basic administrative abilities, including inventory handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
