Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Operator Produksi – Pengendalian Mesin & Monitoring to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This front‑line role is essential for ensuring that production lines run smoothly, machines are operated safely, and product quality meets our rigorous standards. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and fellow operators to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring optimal performance throughout each shift.
- Conduct routine pre‑start checks, calibrations, and adjustments to guarantee that equipment is ready for operation.
- Track key production metrics such as output volume, cycle time, and downtime, and promptly report any anomalies to the shift leader.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including machine settings, material usage, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs; coordinate with maintenance personnel for more complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in daily briefings and hand‑over meetings to communicate status updates and upcoming priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, waste reduction ideas, and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the training of new operators, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
- Adhere to shift schedules, working Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for overtime when production demands increase.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent (SMA/K may also be considered).
- Age: 18‑40 years.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Physical & mental health: Must be fit to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain concentration during long shifts.
- Work schedule: Willingness to work in a rotating shift system and handle weekend duties (Monday‑Saturday).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading machine manuals, filling out logs, and performing simple calculations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, maintenance staff, and fellow operators.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain attention to detail, and uphold quality standards.
- Interest in production management and a desire to grow within the manufacturing sector.
