Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrator – E‑Commerce (Online Store) to join our fast‑growing digital retail team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our online marketplace runs smoothly, from product uploads to order fulfillment and customer communication. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the sales, IT, and logistics departments, leveraging strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency across all e‑commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily product listings on multiple marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate order processing, verify payment confirmations, and oversee shipment scheduling in collaboration with the logistics team.
- Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and customer reviews; prepare weekly reports for senior management.
- Handle routine customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing prompt resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to launch promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal discounts, ensuring correct implementation across all channels.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e‑commerce workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
- Perform regular audits of product data to guarantee compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting technical issues related to product uploads, API integrations, and payment gateways.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting tools or processes that can enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales or IT‑related product management within an e‑commerce environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data validation, and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketplace accounts and conducting product uploads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility to handle occasional urgent matters.
