- Offer one‑on‑one tutoring sessions to address individual learning gaps and boost confidence.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics, Applied Science, Education, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree (S2) is a strong advantage.
- GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Ability to teach senior‑level physics topics, especially those covered in class 12 curricula.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational abilities, punctuality, and a high degree of personal discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, with a willingness to continuously upgrade instructional skills through workshops and certification courses.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
