Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in East Java. This role is based primarily in the Kediri area, with the flexibility to serve neighboring districts such as Sidoarjo, Malang, Mojokerto, Rungkut, and Blitar. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across both B2B and B2C markets.

This is a full‑time position with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 08:00‑16:00, offering a clear path for professional development and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Present product portfolios, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate terms to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and regional events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Oversee the invoicing and collection process, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing disputes.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service departments to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study majors accepted.
- Age between 19 and 35 years; both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Must be physically and mentally healthy, with no criminal record and a clean BI check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and active motorcycle registration (STNK) – personal motorcycle is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, preferably with exposure to B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and motivated by challenges; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities; capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools) is a plus.
