Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, serving, and replenishment of food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and floor staff, relaying instructions, updates, and feedback efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and help with ordering processes.
  • Support team members in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, shift changes, and operational logs.
  • Participate in regular briefings and debriefings to improve service flow and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Ensure the work environment remains organized, safe, and compliant with company policies.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and boosting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years (flexible within the specified range).
