Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑finance programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, offering personalized coaching to improve financial literacy and business sustainability.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses for loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and documentation standards.
- Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting borrower strengths, potential risks, and suggested loan structures.
- Facilitate weekly group meetings with existing members, monitoring repayment behavior, addressing service issues, and promoting peer‑to‑peer learning.
- Maintain accurate field records in the company’s CRM system, updating client profiles, visit logs, and performance metrics in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with regional managers and cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, risk) to align field activities with broader business objectives.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local fairs, and partner gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and foster strategic alliances.
- Travel within the Wonogiri region using a personal two‑wheel vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and schedule commitments.
- Optionally reside in company‑provided mess facilities to maximize field coverage and response time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) – preference for candidates with up to a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Age limit: up to 33 years old; all genders are welcome.
- Possession of a reliable motorcycle or scooter for daily field travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse community members.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in remote locations.
- Willingness to relocate to any Amartha branch as operational needs dictate.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, community outreach, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
