Introduction
The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda role in Takengon is a field‑based position focused on negotiating and collecting outstanding penalty payments from customers who have already settled other obligations. This position is a key component of our debt‑recovery and customer‑relationship strategy, helping to maintain the financial health of the organization while preserving goodwill with the community. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be the primary point of contact for consumers during the final settlement phase.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have cleared their primary dues and present them with clear, transparent offers to settle any remaining penalties.
- Prepare and deliver written and verbal proposals that detail payment options, discounts, or installment plans in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment receipts using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the central collections team to verify outstanding balances and ensure that offers are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Conduct field visits across Takengon and surrounding districts, using a company‑provided motorcycle to reach remote customers efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on common objections, market trends, and opportunities to improve the penalty‑settlement process.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
- Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, legal updates, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and an active SIM C driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex payment terms in simple language.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and resilience – “pantang menyerah” (never give up).
- Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Physical stamina to work in the field, often in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
