Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Maintain and update the store management system, ensuring accurate inventory and sales records.
- Assist the branch manager with scheduling, payroll preparation, and basic financial reporting.
- Coordinate communication between the head office and the branch, relaying important updates and directives.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving minor issues.
- Support the sales team with promotional activities, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Ensure the branch complies with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Organize and archive contracts, vendor agreements, and other critical documentation.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve administrative efficiency and product knowledge.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist in implementing new administrative tools.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 17‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMP acceptable for certain locations).
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to diverse work environments.
- Motivation to learn new skills, especially in retail management systems.
- Hardworking attitude with a passion for tackling challenges.
- Unmarried status preferred due to on‑site housing requirements.
- Neat, polite appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to be placed at any branch across the country.
- Readiness to reside in company‑provided accommodation with full facilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
