Responsibilities
- Understand and internalize sales targets, taking full ownership for achieving or exceeding them through advocacy‑driven strategies.
- Provide expert consultation to customers, answering product queries, recommending appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information, timely follow‑up, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Assist customers who require support beyond standard sales, coordinating with internal service teams to guarantee a seamless experience.
- Participate actively during peak service periods (e.g., GraPARI), helping to manage queues, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain service quality.
- Escalate complex product or sales issues to the Team Leader, SAR Coordinator, CCO Supervisor, or Regional Team as needed.
- Maintain strict compliance with Telkomsel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report daily sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional Telkomsel services, enhancing the overall value proposition for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Telkomsel products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a minimum GPA of 3.00 is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a high‑volume setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis.
