Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Pekanbaru, Riau. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between incoming business channel orders and our credit processing workflow, ensuring that each application is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated to both internal stakeholders and customers. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on every order received through the Business Channeling source, guaranteeing timely progression through the pipeline.
  • Gather, verify, and complete all consumer and financing object data, entering it meticulously into the ACCTION system.
  • Input incoming orders from the dicicilaja platform, ensuring that each record complies with internal data standards.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading, and process them in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Contact applicants to convey credit approval decisions, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Generate and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
  • Collaborate closely with the SHC (Sales Handling Center) team to coordinate ongoing consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate entry of customer data, continually updating the system as new information becomes available.
  • Document all interactions and decisions, preserving a transparent audit trail for compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data‑entry, or credit support roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and database entry systems such as ACCTION.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess documentation and identify missing information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
  • High level of integrity, precision, and a detail‑orientated work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
