Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned communities, establishing rapport with women‑entrepreneurs and understanding their unique business challenges.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship on basic bookkeeping, cash‑flow management, and disciplined savings practices.
- Facilitate group‑based financing arrangements, disbursing micro‑loans without collateral and monitoring repayment schedules to ensure timely installments.
- Organize and lead financial literacy workshops, covering topics such as budgeting, goal‑setting, and risk mitigation.
- Collect and report field data on client progress, loan performance, and community impact, feeding insights back to the regional operations team.
- Collaborate with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies to coordinate complementary services such as vocational training, market linkages, and health education.
- Identify emerging needs of clients and propose tailored solutions, including referrals to additional financial products or social services.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Female candidate, aged 18‑33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people and building relationships.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects is an advantage.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills; able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
