Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Sales Online (E‑Commerce) to join our fast‑growing digital commerce team. The role is focused on driving sales performance across Indonesia’s leading marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Blibli. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented individual with at least one year of hands‑on experience managing online stores, creating marketplace campaigns, and optimizing paid advertising. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 09:00‑18:00, and provides a clear career path within the e‑commerce sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of our online storefronts on Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and other comparable marketplaces.
- Develop, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns in alignment with marketplace calendars and seasonal peaks.
- Set up, adjust, and optimize paid ads (Sponsored Products, Flash Sales, etc.) to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- Generate detailed performance reports on campaigns and ad spend, presenting insights to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with Marketplace Relationship Managers (RMs) to secure premium placements, negotiate fees, and stay updated on platform policy changes.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate supervisor while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high‑quality images, and compliance with each platform’s SOPs.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging marketplace features to keep the brand competitive.
- Support the broader sales and marketing team by sharing best practices and contributing to cross‑functional projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience as an E‑Commerce Specialist, Online Shop Sales, or Marketplace Sales representative.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ads on Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures for official marketplace stores, product uploads, and content creation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with RMs and internal teams.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Not currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
