We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Partner – Junior to join our dynamic marketing team in Pekanbaru. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market visits to identify potential clients, gather competitor intelligence, and promote company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and networking activities.
- Present product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, update CRM records, and provide timely feedback to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns, distribute marketing collateral, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in regular training sessions and coaching programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines while representing the brand in the field.
- Assist in organizing local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 28 years old or younger.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) up to a bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Own a personal motorbike and possess a valid driver’s license for field mobility.
- Willingness to work as a field marketer with flexible hours, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 19:00.
- Ability to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the potential for permanent employment thereafter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic analytical skills for sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
