Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide accurate information about merchandise.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and well‑stocked shelves, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Support promotional activities, set up displays for seasonal offers, and communicate upcoming events to shoppers.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Perform routine checks of product quality, report any damages or discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, particularly in food and beverage sections.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Proportional body posture suitable for standing and moving for extended periods.
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude and courteous behavior toward customers and colleagues.
- Physically and mentally healthy; able to perform tasks that may involve lifting moderate weights and standing for long shifts.
- No visible tattoos or piercings that conflict with the company’s appearance standards.
- Willingness to be assigned to any store location based on operational needs.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus for serving international visitors.
- Strong teamwork orientation, punctuality, and reliability.
- Experience in food and beverage service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
